VANILLA CHIA SEED PUDDING

The Ingredients {Yield: 1 chia pudding Total Prep Time: 5 minutes}

  • 1/2 cup whole chia seeds {I prefer Salba chia seeds}
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • handful Love Grown granola
  • 3 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • handful berries of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon bee pollen
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

The Directions

1. Soak chia seeds in almond milk and vanilla overnight or until pudding consistency

2. In an individual size bowl or cup add chia pudding and top with Greek yogurt, granola and berries

3. Sprinkle on bee pollen and indulge!
